I cannot get my Dell to work properly, the diagnotic lights 3 & 4 keep flashing and I have removed and replaced the memory cards. Any ideas what to do now?

I cannot get my Dell to work properly, the diagnotic lights 3 & 4 keep flashing and I have removed and replaced the memory cards. Any ideas what to do now?

Hi debogri,
3 and 4 LED lights flashing is an indication that the memory is detected but a memory failure has occurred. To isolate, remove all the memory sticks from the system if there is more than one memory module installed. Install one module and restart the system. If the system starts normally, reinstall an additional module. Continue until you have identified a faulty module or reinstalled all modules without error.
If available try with a known good memory module of the same type and check.
