Do I need to Update BIOS in Optiplex 9020 MT ?

Thanks for the post. As of 7/17/14, A07 is the latest BIOS revision released for the 9020 minitower chassis so no need to update.

The PCI Simple Communication Controller driver is installed with the systems Intel chipset drivers. Please see the latest driver releases for your system / Windows installation at the Drivers & Downloads site: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/optiplex-9020-desktop/drivers

There are four in Chipset drivers for Windows 8.1

Intel Chipset Device Software  ( I already installed)
Intel(R) Smart Connect Technology
Intel(R) Management Engine Components Installer
Intel(R) Management Engine Components Installer Application

Do I need to install other as well as I still missing driver for above two ?

I still have small question and it is really a confusion. 

How I decide to update BIOS or not ? 

My current version is A07 (25-04-2014). 

Are you sure it is not required update ?
