Drivers?

First let me say, I am not a technical person, just someone who doesn't mind trying things.  

I recently purchased a refurbished Optiplex.  I put in a new hard drive and reloaded Windows XP.  However I no longer have any drivers.  Where can I load the drivers for this machine?  Which ones do I need?  I know for sure I can no longer access the internet.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

You can download them from Dell's Website.

You can get them by Model # or by service Tag.

Load the chipset driver first, then all others that you need.
