Dual Dell 3007WFP Monitors and NVidia Quadro 2000 cannot display more than 1280x800

Hi I recently replaced my old workstation Precision 380 with NVidia Quadro FX 1500, that run my two existing Dell 3007WFP monitors and I had NO problems running both monitors at 2560X1600!!!  The monitors require Dual link DVI-D cables that are working fine. The OS on the old Precision 380 is WinXP Pro

The new workstation T3500, has a NVidia Quadro 2000 to drive my two existing Dell 3007WFP monitors, but I cannot get resolutions higher than 1280x800!!!!  Both monitors are connected to the DP Ports thru DP to DVI-D adapters provided with the WS and Dual link DVI-D cables (tested on the old WS as well) .  The OS is Win7 Pro 64bit

I have the latest NVidia Drivers and the 64 bit drivers for the monitors and  I cannot figure out why the resolution could not be increased when both monitors are running thru the DP ports.

Now if I keep monitor #2 connected to the DP and connect the monitor#1 on the DVI port of the Quadro 2000, I can change the resolution of the Monitor #1 (on DVI) to run at 2560x1600 but the monitor#2 (DP) runs only up to 1280x800.
