E5-2696 V4 on T7910
Hi everybody,
I'd like to mount a pair of 2696 V4 on my T7910. Now I have a pair of 2690 V3
My only doubt it's about the temperature, because my cpu have 135W tdp and the 2696 have 150W. I have only the standard air cooling system on my T7910 and when it's full load, the temperature on second cpu it's about 85/88 celsius degree.
Do you know something about that ?

Hi Alex,
It should be ok with the heatsinks that you have, however it is also possible to get liquid cooled heatsinks for the T7910 ( Dell part number: TMJK2 )
