Enable Secure boot
When I enable secure boot in OptiPlex 7010 with UEFI system and Legacy system unmark...my monitor Dell P2212H cannot detect my Graphic Card Radeon 7470 but my system bios is okey and master boot record can upload my windows 8.1 pro very well...in windows my graphic card 7470 is okey with UEFI system hard disk GPT..only in bios system my graphic card was not showed... but..if I remove the graphic card 7470 from motherboard sytem...my Intel video onboard system can detect bios system very well and monitor was showed very well....my question is...how to make my graphic card 7470 running well same as intel video onboard system..when secure boot was enable....

Make sure the monitor is plugged into the correct video output - the video board and not the Intel video output.
However, you can run with the Secure Boot disabled with no problems.
