Error Code 2000-0151 Validation 199661
Dell XPS THX 8300
Windows 7 with Windows 10 Upgrade
I deleted a user account on the computer. When I did a restart it went into a BSOD loop.
Windows Error Code 0xc0000001
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
BIOS Error Code 2000-0151 Validation 199661
Dell told me it is the hard drive. Any other solutions??

Hard drive is physically bad. Must be replaced. All data lost.
