Hi,
Have you tried any troubleshooting of opening the chasis and checking the fans. When did the issue start??

I have opend the chassis and it looks fine every thing is nice and clean
and this problem started since I got the pc 2 years ago

I meant to say, can you make out which component is making the noise .
Please update the bios and video drivers and observe.
