Fast User Switching

I'm trying to reset my fast user switching on my screen and it's telling me that I have to Uninstall Client Sevices for Net Ware before it will allow me to change the setting.

I can't find CSNW anywhere.  It shows up on my Control Panel, but I acn't open it.

Help!!!
