Inspiron 660 is shipped with Windows 8 64-bit preinstalled.

Is it hard to reach over to use the touch screen isn't Windows 8 hard to use with a mouse, and I thought Dell oferred both? Thanks, Chi Ed

Not hard at all to use a mouse on any screen. You can even skip the Start screen and use the Desktop same as Win 7. The 660 doesn't have a touch screen monitor. Monitors are sold separately. Touch screens are not recommended for desktops and are pricey.
