GPU upgrade for Studio XPS 435MT and puwer supply max load

Hi, I have a Studio XPS 435MT with a 360W psu and a ati radeon HD4800 series gpu (probably a 4850). I want to upgrade the gpu with a Gainward gpu GeForce GTX 750 2GB (one slot), GDDR5. It use just 55W and it has no external power plug, that the HD4800 has, but in the GTX specs is shown: minumum 300W or greater system power supply (with a minimum 12V current rating of 20A). And I don't know if this 20A could be a problem, because my Delta DPS-360FB-1A power supply don't seems to reach that current rating.

What do you suggest?

Thanks

Maximum 12v Combined 12VA and 12VB output for that unit is 300W which is 25A however You cant have your cake and eat it too.

If you draw 20 Amps on the 12v rail you have used 240W leaving 60W for everything else that needs 12V.

And if you use 300W on the 12v rail that leaves 60W max for the 5v/3.3v rail minus 10W for +5VSB.

GTX 750 in this case will either be fine or it will not work at all due to lack of power on one or more rails.

HD4850 Definitely uses MORE power than a GTX750 so from that standpoint alone it should be fine.
