GX150 Bios issue

We are in the process of going from Window 2000 to Window XP.  We are doing this using Novell ZENworks imaging.  But have found for this to work that we need to enable the IOAPIC Support in the Bios.  So far on just one machine this option is not there.  In fact, in comparing the exact same machine with the same bios find that the PCI Slots and AGP Slot options are also not listed.  We have cleared the NVRAM by doing the enabling of Caps, Scroll and Num locks and pressing Alt-e at the same time.  We have tried the default system setup by pressing Alt-f at the sametime.  And we have also tried re-flashing the bios with the /wipeclean switch.  Nothing has worked.  I tend to think that the motherboard is the problem.  Can anyone else shed some light on some different options.  The version of the bios is A10.  We also tried the A09 and A11 bios.
