I cannot install games properly on my Dell system. I installed Rouge Squadron and when I played, it only had audio, not video. The same thing happened when I tried to install The Phantom Menace. Please tell me what could be the problems with this. I know it is not directx because I have installed that already.(the latest version). Please help me. Thank you.
