Green Light on Optiplex 760

I have an Optiplex 760.  I was looking at the back of the case for a power on/off switch.  Although I didn't find one, I did see a very small push button.

When I push this button a green light comes on, and goes off again when I release the button.  This is with the machine turned off.  I haven't tried pushing it with machine turned on in case I break something!

Can someone tell me what this button is for, please?

RE: Green Light on Optiplex 760

BIST.   Built in SELF TEST.

Green LED on the back indicates power is available not that the power supply is Ok.

If there is a button with the Green LED this is Built in Self TEST.

BIST.
