Hotspot Station not getting installed again after windows 8 refresh

I was earlier using the Hotspot Station on my laptop but after a windows 8 refresh, I remain unable to install it from the wifi driver as it says that the package is not for your installation.

I have tried redownloading the WLAN driver but still it won't install.

Please help/guide.
