How do I enter the BIOS on an Inspiron Desktop 3847

Please help. I can't get the UEFI bios to show on my Windows 10 machine. I've tried the suggestions I found on this site but they don't work; when I do, my machine seems to go into a sleep state and NOT display bios info.
