How to remove the rivets from Dell Inspiron 580 Case?

Hi Guys,

I'm the new one here, I'm italian, sorry for my grammar errors.

II bought the Inspiron 580 3 months ago, and I'm very pleased with the service and performance of Dell's computer, but I have a serious problem that I would like to change the video card but the PSU of this PC is only 300 watts .

I wanted to buy a GTX 460 or 1GB ATI Radeon HD 6870 what do you think? are compatible with the Dell's motherboard? The new PSU is Coolermaster GX 650 Watt is it compatible?

I noticed that the computer case looking from behind the one on the right can open easy but one on the left are closed with the rivets.
how do I remove it?
Tee PSU is blocked with other screws??
Thank you a lot to all that answer to me

You only have to remove the one side panel.  HERE

<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>

are your instructions.   Both video cards and the power supply should be compatible.
