Inability to print from screen
Dell XP, Pentium 4, MSWord, recent C Drive replacement due to virus, IE Explorer 8. On a link from EAA for a calendar, I selected the Print Icon - instead I got a box: SAVE THE FILE AS: with five options - and down at the bottom: File name *XPS.
I couldn't print the document, and couldn't find how to print the document.
