I have a 15 month old all in one Inspiron 2350 PC. I received this error:
The User Profile Service service has failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.
Windows 10 error user credentials are corrupted within the OS.
I rebooted again, got the same message.
I googled it, found solution to be a clean re-install of Windows 10.
I held the shift key while rebooting, This allowed me to reset Windows. Everything appeared to be re-installing OK. Waited 40 minutes, then got this error: There was a problem and couldn't complete.
The PC came with Windows 8.1 when I bought it, but I have since upgraded to Windows 10.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
Run an extended hard drive diagnostic - F12 at powerup to get to the Dell diagnostics. Sounds like a dying hard drive is top of the list of suspects.
