Inspiron 531 upgrades

I am possibly about to be upgrading a couple of things in my inspiron 531 after i get my gaming pc built and pay off some of the loan.

I am not looking for huge upgrades, just something to maybe speed it up a bit and get better quality.

I have some ideas what I want but I am not sure what type of slot the motherboard in these things have.

CPU: What kind of slot?

GPU: PCI x16, right?

RAM: 240pin 600MHz DDR2?

See owners manual for spec's: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/inspd531/en/OM/45605A00MR.pdf. Specifically all spec's are listed starting with page 167. As for your other questions you need socket AM2. Yes your graphic card slot is PCI-e and memory is DDR2 up to 800mhz supported in 4 dimm slots. Good Luck with your upgrades.
