Inspiron 660, power supply leads?

I have a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop. The good news is that I have a pretty high quality HD video camera.  The bad news is that it requires a FireWire port to connect with my computer. No problem I thought. I got a PCI card to provide one. It requires that a power cable be plugged into it for it to work. I popped open the case expecting to find the usual compliment of unused power lines available for just such a purpose. There are in fact none at all.

The Inspiron 660 desktop does not have the older white PCI slots. It has the newer black PCIe (PCI Express) slots.

Inspiron 660 Desktop =
Three PCIe x1 slots
One PCIe x16 slot for video card

The PCIe cards should not require a power supply lead. You need to purchase a PCIe x1 FireWire card.

Sata to molex power isn't an issue HOWEVER Conventional PCI is.

PCI-E is required.
