Inspiron 660, video card upgrade, EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Superclocked

Hi, A) I have a Dell Inspiron 660 Intel Core i3-3240 3.4 GHZ. I was wondering if an EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Superclocked 1GB GDDR5 would run with my CPU. I have a pretty computer savy guy that I'm friends with that says this will be fine but I wanted to double check to make sure this card doesn't bottleneck my CPU. Also, would my PSU be able to handle a card like this one with it being only 300w?

According to this:

The 300w power supply should suffice.
