Inspiron 660 with Intel HD Graphics 2000

My PC several months ago developed a problem with the video jumping from one display to the extended display, two monitors installed one vga the other hdmi. I was able to fix it. How I don't know I just kept trying different things. Now it happens almost every day, and today I have not been able to correct it. Please Help.
