Inspiron One 2320 LCD Test stuck in loop

I have a client with a 2320 All-in-One 2320. The computer boots up normally until it gets to the Windows Starting screen. It then changes to what appears to be an LCD test.

The screen cycles from Red to Green to Blue to Black and then on and on, never stopping and never going any further into Windows.

I ran an ePSA diagnostic that came up fine and I was also able to boot into Safe Mode with no problem, so it appears to be driver related and not hardware.

Has anyone any information on how to get this out of that LCD Test loop? I am almost certain it is a series of keystrokes or something like that but have not found ANY information about it.

Thanks.

Hi LF,

Welcome to the community.

Once the system is booted to the safe mode kindly remove the video drivers for the system. Then you can reinstall the video drivers from the link below:

Intel:

Nvidia

Kindly perform these steps and let us know the results of the same so we can advise you further.

Thanks and Regards
