Internet Access on Optiplex 360
I recently purchased a Optiplex 360 with no hard drive. I installed a 500gb drive in the machine, and then installed Windows Vista. The system seems to work fine, with the exception that I can not access the Internet. When I check with the Device Manager, I see that under "Other Devices", I see that both the Eithernet Controller and the Video Controller have the yellow icon next to them. I also see that under "Display Adapters", I have the yellow icon next to Standard VGA adapter.
How do I correct this?

Hi,
As its a new hard drive and you installed Windows Vista, please download the ethernet drivers and video drivers from Dell's support site.
Use the link http://dell.to/Pv50XQ
Insert the system Service Tag and select the Operating System(Win Vista) ,download the ethernet and video drivers.
Once you install the drivers, the device manager would resemble the picture below for the Ethernet and video drivers:
Before installation After installation
Please reply for further assistance.
Thanks and Regards
