Is adding a Blu-ray drive to a Dimension B110 possible?
Does a Dell Dimension B110 desktop have the proper connectors to add an internal Blu-ray drive?

No.
The Dimension B110/1100 computers only support's internal IDE drives.
You would need a to install a SATA Blu-Ray drive, a IDE to SATA convertor, similar to these:

Absolutely no point, the systems onboard graphics are far too poor to take advantage of using Blu-ray.
