Issue with Internet Receiver in Inspiron 3847?
My computer is a Dell Inspiron 3847, and I've noticed the internet connect seems disconnect at times. The only way to fix this is by disconnecting completely and reconnecting. This is not an issue with my internet as this didn't happen on my laptop. It usually occurs while downloading games. Is there anything that I could do to fix this?

Hi,
Please try in safemode with networking.
Update the drivers and BIOS. Disable any power management check boxes.

Thanks a lot! The "Allow Windows to turn off this device to save power." box was checked, I turned that off and it doesn't disconnect randomly anymore. You saved me a lot of time. Thanks!
