Issues when upgrading RAM on Alienware Aurora R3

I recently purchased 16 gigs (4x4) of GSkill Ripjaw X Series RAM.  I installed all of it....went to boot the PC, it turned on but no video...fans running...appeared to be working but no video.  I removed all the ram installed the ram that came with the Alienware and it booted fine.  I then proceeded to test each stick of the GSkill ram invidually all with the same result.....it wouldn't boot, the monitor received no signal.

Here is the ram i purchased

I can't imagine that every stick of RAM is faulty.....anyone have any ideas?  Do you need anymore info from me?
