Keyboard keys not repeating

Hello All,

I have a Dell XPS 8700 with Windows 10 and I have an issue with the keyboard.

The keys do not repeat.

If I hold down the X key, I just get X and not XXXXXX.. 

I already checked under Ease of Access in the Control Panel.

Filter Keys is not turned on, so that can't be the issue.

Can anyone help?
