Looking to upgrade my Dell Vostro 470.

Hi, I'm looking to get my PC VR Ready, I currently have a Dell Vostro 470 with a GeForce GT 620, and an I-5 3450 @ 3.10 Ghz. I am fairly sure I have a 360W PSU, last time I checked, however I don't remember exactly, as I haven't checked in a while. I've heard the AMD Radeon RX 580 is a good card, however, I'm looking to make this as inexpensive as possible.

Thanks in advance.

VR Ready requires GTX 1060 minimum.  360W power supply is too small.

Minimum isn't going to be acceptable for much VR -- the minimum CPU suggested is an i5-4590, which this system won't take.  And a 1060 is going to be borderline - the GTX970 is the recommended GPU (meaning a 1070 in current terms).

If you really want to do VR, seriously consider buying to building a new system -- it'll wind up cheaper than upgrading everything you'll need on this one.  If you're trying to keep the price down, built on an AMD R5 or R7 CPU platform - but don't skimp on the GPU (1070 or R580 minimum), power supply (750W or better), RAM (16G) or drive (M.2 NVMe).
