Hmm, the link that speedstep did provide, would be preferable, a 1GB card, how ever, I don't know what games would work for that. Hmm, I'm looking at Crytek 3 for modding, more the game engine really is what I want to work, but yeah the game would run since it is from the same build software.
I don't mean to go off topic, but since I'm looking at a DT for a graphics card, I paid very cheaply for a DT compare to others that are available on Amazon UK. I was thinking what could be the catch, may be I'm just being negative about it, but the small form factor didn't last too long, and I presumed it would last for years, which I'm sure it can, but the power supply wasn't worth the money, as another system better than that was the price of one.
Gosh, am I struggling with the hardware here, right, okay, so what is the maximum memory a DT can use, 4GB? I noticed four slots, but with only two being used, so I guess 2GB sticks.
That is good news about being able to add more memory. As for the small form factor that is only 4GB.
So the speed of 1333, of 1600 is what I'd have to look out for. Hmm, okay, the memory isn't so much the problem, just the graphics card is the problem.
I don't know what to use or do.
That is the chipset on the system. I think for price reasons, the chip may be the only option for now. The 1030 is too expensive.
Intel Q45/Q43 Express Chipset

Subvendor Dell (1028)
Current Performance Level Level 0

As for that problem with thermal paste, why would that be needed?
780 has proprietary 24 pin connector. Mini Tower's Power Supply can be upgraded. DT and SFF and USFF cannot.
6450 works as does the 5450.
The recommended card works in every dell I have tested.
Putting up random charts does not pass. $43.38 + $5.43 shipping is not $70
newer I agree, more power efficient I disagree, cheaper I disagree.
I have no obligation to answer to questioning what I did not say.
The ASUS Silent Radeon EAH5450 and EAH6450 work in all models of dell except USFF because that has no slots.
