MSI GTX 970 and Corsair AX760 PSU for my X8500 (early 2012)

Hi!

I'm planning on upgrading my GPU & PSU for my Early 2012 XPS 8500

Current Specs:

CPU: i7-3770 3.4ghz (non k)

GPU: Nvidia GTX 660 1.5gb (non ti)

Ram: 12GB

HDD: 2TB

OS: Windows 10

Bios: A12

I plan to get a

MSI GTX 970 GPU

Corsair AX760 PSU

I would like to know if this would work and if the MSI GTX 970 would cause too much heat due to the twin fans in the small cramped case.

Anyone else have the same exact graphics card installed? or something similar size and with twin fans?

If so does it cause things to overheat?

Is everything cool?

Everything install ok?

What PSU would you recommend? Oother than the one i'm currently looking at?

Thanks.
