Media Center - ATI Wonder Eilte tuner not found

Video is nVidia GeForce 7300
Dell Dimension 410
Win XP Media center 2005ATI TV Wonder Elite PCE

I verified that the ATI tuner card is operating in the device manager. When I open Windows Media and settings -> TV, I get an error message of TV tuner hardware malfunctioning or not installed.

How can I verify card is OK and do I have to do anything special to connect to media center?
