Microphone not detect of single jack headset/earphones
I have Dell optiplex 3050, Microphone is not detect/show in recording device. where audio is working normally. And Headset/earphone(Microphone) is working good in smartphone.

There are several versions of the 3050, Tower, Small Form Factor, All in One, etc. Which one do you have exactly.
However, on many PC's, the smartphone headset/mic combo does not work without an adapter for the plug. The smartphone plug is a "TRRS" (Tip, Ring1, Ring2, Sleeve) and PC's use a "TRS" (Tip, Ring, Sleeve). This is likely your problem. There are adapters available to convert and split the mic and headset into separate plugs.
