Moving to Canada

This summer I will be moving for my work from Italy to Canada. In 2003 I bought the following equipment from DELL in The Netherlands: PC - DELL DIMENSION Inter Pentium 4 CPU 2.40 GHz Lexmark E322 black and white printer Scanner EPSON Perfection 1660 PHOTO Loud speker set Altec Lansing Logitech Webcam Philips FlatScreen 190C As in Canada the power supply is 110VOLT and 60 HZ, could anyone tell me whether this above mentionned equipment could be used without any problem in Canada. Or do I have to buy a new PC, or use eventually transformers. As I am not a strong specialist in technology etc., I would appreciate your professionnel advice in this matter. Thank you very much. The PC probably has a slide switch on the back of the tower which will set it to work on the correct voltage for Canada. Don't make that change unless the system is unplugged from the wall. You'll need to buy a new power cord which connects from rear of the tower to the mains.

Check the printer's and scanner's power bricks to see if they auto-switch between 220 and 110 V. If they do, you'll only need a new power cord from the brick to the wall or a plug adaptor. If they don't auto-switch, contact the manufacturer to see how much it costs to buy a new power brick vs a new device.

Monitor may be a different issue...

We know that. The OP is moving from Italy (220V/50Hz) to Canada (110V/60Hz).
