My computer keeps restarting
Why does my computer keep restarting? I can not get into safe mode. The CR7H1 light is always on. Is it the Power Supply?
Do I need a new Power Supply? I have important documents and pictures that are on this desktop and nowhere else.
What could I do?

Post your model computer and operating system. What do the diagnostic lights show?

With these symptoms, the power supply would be the first component I'd check (by swapping in a known good unit).
