Hi,
Welcome to our community. Please uninstall the audio drivers completely and then try enabling sound. Let us know if it works or if there is any specific error message when you try to enable sound from playback devices.

I have plugged my Dell 2217 monitor trought HDMI cable and then the audio enabled but I still can't hear anything. When I plug headphones it's ok. So if I think correctly the monitor does not have any built in speakers and what about Vostro 3250 ?

Yes, the Dell 2217 does not have an inbuilt speaker. Please re-install the audio driver and check if you can hear sound from the computer.
