Need to DISABLE Keys on KB522 Keyboard

I am beating my head against a wall trying to find this answer. Even Dell Tech (Chat) support doesn't know.

I just set up 2 labs worth of 3030 AIO computers. We accidently ordered them with the Multimedia Keyboard (KB522). We use these labs for testing at our college. We found out that even when our testing application is up and supposedly in a secure browser mode, if you hit the "Internet Explorer" icon on the keyboard, viola...you have Internet access. Being that our test is server based we can't very well disable the network we just need to disable this feature of the keyboard.

Any ideas? I am even open a reg hack.
