Need to re-format my computer, but don't have any CDs
Hello. I own a Dell XPS/Dimension XPS Gen 3 and I have no choice but to re-format my PC because I have a virus on my computer which cannot be deleted. The problem is I have lost all the installation CDs that came with it. Is there any way I can get another copy of these CDs or if not does anyone have any ideas about what other solutions there are?
Thanks in advance, Lucas2

If you reside in the US and are the registered owner of the computer, a disc containing the factory-installed operating system specific to your system, can be requested from HERE.
You may be charged a fee for the discs.

Unfortunetely I'm from the UK. I'm guessing that the UK don't do the same thing?

You will need to contact Dell UK directly, unfortunately I don't know Dell UK's policies.
