My new desktop XPS8900 (Dec 2015) crashes and restarts frequently with the blue screen message "PAGE_ERROR_IN_NONPAGED_AREA". I've tried many of the internet suggested setting fixes but nothing works. What should I do ?

Do you really want to be mucking with this on a brand new PC?
Shot in the dark, but ensure both memory chips are installed properly.
Try booting the pc with only one. (Assuming you have two of the four slots occupied)
Isn't there a place where a Dell person can do this stuff ? I have a big enough headache with settings.
