Yep, I downloaded it about two hours ago. Took around an hour and a half at 50.6K and installed without a hitch. Microsoft doesn't tell you so, but if you do IE 5.01 it takes care of a whole lot of other updates that are listed as available (at least they were for my system) such as the new Outlook Express and several others. Recommend you do IE 5.01 first and then see what is listed as left to obtain.
