No Sound

I just moved my 9100 desktop. I had to disconnect all the cables and reconnect. Since the move, I have no sound. The error is he speaker is not connected. It is an AY410. It is connected to power and the power light turns on. The cable is plugged into the top right hand connector. I have run the Dell Diagnostics and everything passed. I checked to make sure the drivers were updated. What next?

Connect the main speaker cable to the green port. Easy to plug into the wrong one especially if you are color blind. Use a flashlight to distinguish the colors. Look up the connections in your manual.

not an answer to this old post, but I have the exact same problem now.  Unplugged system to move it a short distance then plugged everything back and No Sound.  Tried every combination of pins to jacks, usbs to ports, etc.  Nothing.  Just posted my problem to the forum and waiting to see if it gets approved.  wish me luck.... sure hope you are good to go with sound.
