No Video On Boot (Vostro 230)
I have a Vostro 230 that just doesn't show anything on the screen other than the "No Signal" from my monitor as soon as I turn on the computer. The fans and the hard disks are running, and I'm not getting any POST beep codes either.
I've already tried using a external card to test if it was just the integrated graphics, but I'm getting the same result.
I'm kind of leaning towards the conclusion that this might be a power supply or a motherboard issue, but I don't know for sure. Can anyone verify this for me?

Hi Ki2ne,
When you power up the system, does the power button show something other than solid blue? Is it amber or blinking?

Other than the moment I press the button does it turn amber for a split second, it's solid blue the entire time.
