No sound from Dell Optiplex 745
Hi there, I am using an Optiplex 745 - but I am having problems with no sound. I have checked the card in another machine and also made sure it is 'slotted' into the board properly. I have downloaded the drivers supplied by the card manufacturer. The card is an XFX Radeon HD5450. Can anyone help??

Looking at the description and technical specs at the XFX site HERE It doesn't say anything about having HDMI Audio, if that is what you are trying to get.
If it's the regular PC's sound card sound, go to the Device Manager/Hardware and Sound and finally the Sound Panel. In the Playback section, your "Speakers" (PC sound card) should be set as the default playback device.
