Not working motherboard Optipleks 7010
Components
The board "0wr7py q77 sff lga 1155"
Processor "xeon 1245"
Video card "GT440"
RAM DDR3 1600 without a name (but I tested it on another computer, it's exactly working)
Bios signals 1-3-2 (yes, that's the way - 1 long 3 short - pause - 2 short ones) that, according to BIOS signals, is responsible for the problems with the video card and RAM
All components are installed correctly (!) And all contacts are clean.
Xenon 1245 - Sandy Bridge
Chipset q77 - Ivy Bridge
Support for the processor should be in the previous BIOS update
Sorry for the errors in the text

Hi Mr. Nikolya,
Thank you for writing to Dell Community Forum.
Can you run the diagnostics and capture any error codes or messages you receive?
Are you able to see the Dell logo?
Please click my DELL-username and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number and your email address.

Have you tried clearing BIOS by removing the motherboard battery and pressing/holding the power button for ~30 sec before reinstalling the battery? And if the battery is old, use a fresh one.
You didn't say how many RAM modules you have, but did you try them one at a time in slot 1 (it may be marked A1)?
Smallest size module allowed is 2 GB DDR3 1600 MHz. And just because RAM works in some other PC, doesn't mean it's compatible with this system.
And there's also a chance the beep code is reporting some error in RAM on the video card itself...

The problem was in the absence of support for my processor
The official site does not say which processors are supported by this card
Someone needs this board, I sell it 30 $ xD
