Old Dell with Linux / Lumanate TV Turner

I am trying to use Linux on an old Dell that has a TV Turner card FROM Dell in it.  This is from lspci:

Looking for drivers for it.  I know Dell offers Ubuntu on PC's, I am hoping they have drivers for this card.

I saw that page already, with no Linux drivers, but if they made Linux drivers for dell, they might not be posted on there.  I was thinking that if Dell offered Ubuntu on PCs they might have drivers for it, since its a card from Dell.
