OptiPlex 3040 - Bitlockering when switching from builtin to onboard AMD video card

Hello -

We recently received a new batch of OptiPlex 3040s with AMD Radeon R5 340x video drivers. We had been imaging these computers just fine for over 6 months and now with this new batch, they are Bitlockering if you try to use 3 monitors (2 in the card and one in the builtin). Here are some facts:

* We use SCCM 2012 image and are enabling Bitlocker within the task sequence. Use PCRs (0,4,8,9,10,11)

* Currently imaging Windows 10 (1511).

* Using CAB Driver version: A06

Please help!!
