OptiPlex 760 - right-mouse click stops working
I've got a user with an intermittent right-mouse click problem. It fails to work only occasionally. Nothing in the event logs. Device Manager id's it as an HID Interface (it's a Dell optical mouse - had the same problem with a roller mouse), and the driver is from 2001. Didn't see anything odd in the mouse properties. searched google and saw that it might be some malware, but thought I'd see if this might be an issue with the 760's running WinXP SP3.

could be as simple as the mouse going bad.

True, and I'll try that. But thought I'd also check to see if this might be something other 760 user's have experienced.
