Optiplex 3030 AIO BSOD at Win7 Boot after WDS Deployment

We have several Optiplex 3030 AIO Desktop computers running Windows 7 on our campus and they all BSOD after WDS deployment, at the Windows splash screen.  They will not boot into Safe Mode.  Error:

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFF80000003, 0xFFFFF8800536F02D, 0xFFFFF88003FD8EC8, 0xFFFFF88003FD8720)

We have 2 deployment servers with nearly identical settings, using the same .wim files, task sequence, etc.  Deployed machines from the other server don't have this issue.  We also don't have this issue with Windows 10 or any other model computer.

So far we have tried:

Fresh install of 2012r2 and 2016 on the servers

Driver .cab files from 2014, 2015, and the most recent

Dell's pre-boot system assessment

We've just about run out of ideas.  Any help would be appreciated.

edit: clarity

As mentioned in the title, they are running Windows 7.  I've edited the post to provide a little added clarity.

Optiplex 3030 desktops are not servers and server os is not supported on these platforms.

Stop 0x0000007E (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Not all "0x0000007E" Stop error messages are caused by this issue.

This issue usually occurs on a file server, and does not occur when Server Message Block (SMB) Version 2 is disabled.

sysadmin4357,

I posted this information in your other post. Try not to post multiple post of the same thing on the forum.

Below is a Microsoft KB Link that provides information on this error and a resolution. If you need more information you will need to contact Dell Pro Support at Microsoft Applications Support 24x7 1-877-459-7304

The forum didn't track my last post, so I couldn't find it.  Reposting was the only option.

Unfortunately, the article doesn't apply, since it happens right at boot.  So nothing is being accessed by multiple computers.  I will try TechNet and try Microsoft's Driver Verifier.  If I do find out what it is, I will update.

SYSADMIN4357,

Ok, thanks for letting us know. Yes, the forum sometimes seems to have a delay in posting.

I did finally fix the issue.  I found the complete set of drivers another system admin had downloaded.  He downloaded each driver individually, instead of the .cab file, and everything works fine.  Seems like Dell put up a bad driver in their Optiplex 3030 AIO .cab file.
