Optiplex 7010 SFF motherboard PCIe 16x 3.0 maximum wattage issue

Hello guys, I am trying to use a motherboard extracted from a Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF. It is ATX standard, but, checking the techical guidebook, i found that the pcie x16 slot only provides 50w, and i want to add a gtx 750 ti (60w).

I feel like if i try to put a GPU on the pci slot i will have the same problem that this guys had on this other link:http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/dell-optiplex-...
